Application fee is $45.00 per adult. Our applications were designed for a maximum of two adults. Additional applicants will need to fill out a separate application. All application fees are non-refundable.

I've filled out the application for a rental property, now what?
The application fees need to be paid below, If you are a single applicant and applying on your own, pay with the Single applicant selection in the amount of $45.00. If there is 2 persons applying for the home, please select the Multiple applicant selection in the amount of $90.00. If more that 2 persons are applying separately, you may select the single applicant and each party may pay the fee separately.
